Article 1 - General Scope and Object of the Agreement

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between you as a user and Sal-Me SAS while interacting through our website https://yoganidra1.goodbarber.app and/or our application Yoga Nidra App.

By accessing, browsing, or interacting with our website and/or app, you expressly agree to these T&C without reservation.

Sal-Me SAS reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website, app, or communicated to users.

Please read these T&C carefully before using our services.

By agreeing to these T&C, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country, state, or province. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from your legal representatives. If you have not reached the legal majority, you must not use our services.

You agree not to use our services, website, or app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Attempting to hack, alter, disrupt, or attack the integrity of our services in any way is strictly prohibited.

Article 2 - Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Yoga Nidra App and on our website may be free or require a paid subscription. Some content may require user registration.

All materials available through our services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, videos, and guided practices, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or republishing any content.
  • Using our name, logo, or branding for any purpose without prior written consent.
  • Translating, selling, or transmitting any content, whether free or paid, without explicit permission.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Article 3 - Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly subscription: €10/month
  • Annual subscription: €60/year

Price Lock Guarantee

  • Users who maintain an active subscription will keep their original subscription price, even if prices increase in the future.
  • If a user cancels their subscription and later resubscribes, they will be subject to the current subscription price at that time.

Payments & Renewals

  • Subscription fees are displayed before payment is processed.
  • Payments are handled through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Sal-Me SAS reserves the right to modify pricing, but existing subscribers will retain their original rate as long as they do not cancel.

In-App Purchases (IAP)

  • If you purchase a subscription through a third-party store (Google Play or Apple App Store), your agreement is with that platform, not Sal-Me SAS.
  • Refund requests and payment disputes must be handled directly with the third-party platform.

Restoring Purchases

Users may be able to restore previously purchased content within the app, depending on the policies of the third-party platform.

Article 4 - Registration Process

Some content and features may require users to create an account.

Account Security:

  • Users must keep their credentials confidential.
  • Account sharing is not allowed.
  • Sal-Me SAS is not responsible for unauthorized access due to weak or compromised passwords.

Users can also log in via third-party authentication services (e.g., Apple, Google, Facebook). By doing so, they accept the privacy policies and terms of those third-party services.

Article 5 - Warranties

All content in the Yoga Nidra App and on our website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for specific needs.

Users engage with our content at their own discretion and responsibility. Sal-Me SAS is not liable for inaccuracies or reliance on content.

Article 6 - Liability

Sal-Me SAS is not responsible for:

  • Service disruptions due to technical issues.
  • Third-party security breaches.
  • Unauthorized transactions caused by stolen credentials.

Users accept that digital services may experience temporary outages or malfunctions beyond our control.

Article 7 - Third-Party Links

The Yoga Nidra App and our website may contain links to external websites or services. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not liable for issues arising from their use.

We encourage users to read the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services they access.

Article 8 - Disclaimer of Warranties

By using the Yoga Nidra App, users acknowledge that:

  • Content is provided for general well-being and relaxation and should not replace medical or professional advice.
  • Sal-Me SAS is not responsible for decisions made based on app content.
  • The app and website may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Article 9 - Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Sal-Me SAS harmless against any claims, legal fees, or damages arising from misuse of our services or violation of these T&C.

Article 10 - Severability

If any part of these T&C is found invalid, the remainder shall still apply.

Article 11 - Termination

Users may stop using the Yoga Nidra App at any time.

Sal-Me SAS reserves the right to terminate accounts, restrict access, or discontinue services at our discretion, without prior notice, if terms are violated.

Article 12 - Governing Law and Venue

These T&C are governed by French law.

Any disputes will be settled in the relevant courts of France.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time; however, they will retain access until the end of their billing period.
  • Refunds are not typically provided unless required by French consumer law.
  • If a user cancels and later resubscribes, they will not be eligible for their original subscription price and will be subject to the current rate.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play if the purchase was made through those platforms.
